Through the youth apprenticeship program (YA) high school juniors and seniors have an opportunity to begin their career while still in high school.

Students are simultaneously enrolled in academic classes to meet high school graduation requirements and in youth apprenticeship related technical instruction class.  They are also employed by a participating employer under the supervision of a skilled mentor.
